Khachapuri

Ingredients:
1. Wheat flour - 1 kg.
2. Sour milk - 2 cups
3. Eggs - 2
4. Cheese (Monterey Jack, Sharp Cheddar or Muenster)  - 700-800 gr.

Directions:
1. Mix the Dough with flour, sour milk, eggs and salt. Then divide it into 5-6 parts.
2. Put info each part the crumbled cheese, gather the edges of the dough and put it into the stove for baking.
