Balneological-climatic resort Sairme is situated in Bagdadi region on the northern slope of Meskheti range, at 950 m. above sea level. Climate is mild: with a little snow during the wintertime (Average temperature in January -1.0⁰C) and temperately warm summers (Average temperature in August +17⁰C). Precipitation is 900 mm a year.

Sairme is well known by mineral waters which are used for treatment urinary obstruction, kidney and chronic digestive diseases. The mineral waters of Narzan type with carbonic acid hydro-carbonate calcic-sodium (water #1 and #3) and of Borjomi type with carbonic acid hydro-carbonate sodium (water#4 and #5) are the healing factors of the resort.
