European Cuisine
European cuisine or alternatively Western cuisine is a generalized term collectively referring to the cuisines of Europe and other Western countries.
A main dish in Europe is roasted or baked beef (antricot, roast beef, shnitsel, and escalope), that’s usually followed by spirits. Germanic people drink beer, Romanic people – wine. Alcoholic drinks that are consumed before the meal are called – aperitif. Vegetables and flour products (potato, pasta, noodles) eaten with the meat Europeans call – garnish.
Europeans often consume egg in the form of an omelet or fried eggs, and also add them in every possible dessert (biscuit, pudding, and pie).
As for the snack, Europeans eat bread with ham or with fruit jam.
